Rodney Stockment is currently the Senior Strategy Director for Homelessness for the City of Indianapolis where he is charged with identifying opportunities for strategic leadership executing the homeless intervention strategies of Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett. Rodney is leading the transformation of the homeless response system to a housing first infrastructure by building a network of housing and service supports Prior to coming to the city Rodney was with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority where he was the architect of the Indiana Permanent Supportive Housing Initiative that developed 1,700 units of supportive housing over a six-year period. Rodney holds a Master of Science degree in Public Administration and has experience with a wide variety of real estate development and public works projects.
