Family and Community Partners, LLC (FCP) is a private community-based mental health care provider located at 3921 N. Meridian St. (Suite 210), Indianapolis, IN 46208. Formed in 2012 by Nick Orange, Dr. Sandra Donaldson, and Dr. Dwight Holland, FCP provides critical, high quality behavioral health care in Marion County and throughout Central Indiana to the Indiana Department of Child Services, the Juvenile & Family Courts of Indiana, and Choices, Inc., with Family Centered Home-Based Therapy, Individual Home-Based Therapy, Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment, Behavior Management, Father Engagement Services, Home-Based Case Management, Supervised Visitation Services, Tutoring, Parent Mentoring, Individual Life Skills Mentoring, Group Pro-Social/Peer-Based Mentoring, Psycho-Sexual Risk Assessments, and Psychological Assessment Services.

Recently, FCP received the National Quality Approval accreditation by The Joint Commission! I have seen the tremendous impact FCP has had on improving behavioral health in underserved communities. FCP also provides excellent opportunities for counseling and marriage and family interns to practice mental health care and advocacy while they are training in Masters programs. As such, FCP has partnered with a number of training programs in the State, including the MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Christian Theological Seminary, in which I teach.

Across Indiana, FCP has developed positive community relationships with DCS offices in Marion, Bartholomew, Henry, Madison, Hancock, and Johnson counties and Juvenile Probation offices in Marion, Johnson, Hancock ,and Hamilton counties along with a rich multiplicity of school, community, non-profit, and religious institutions including: New Boy, Martin University, Inner Beauty, E.V.O.L.V.E. Mentoring, CROWN Mentoring Indiana Association of Juvenile Sex Offender Practitioners, Christian Theological Seminary, and IUPUI.
